Search Queries
When you enter a name or date of birth into a search tool, the information goes to the outside provider that runs that tool. The provider processes the request and sends back its results. This site does not store or log the search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email the site, we keep the message so we can respond. It remains within the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure. A request for a Campbell County court record should go to the official clerk or Sheriff contact, not through a search widget.

The site provides general routing information for the Campbell Sheriff’s Office and the Circuit, General District, and JDR courts. Virginia’s public case system shows selected court data; it is not a full active-warrant feed.

For search-widget data, make the request to the outside provider that received it. A court-record request belongs with the clerk for the Campbell court that holds the file.
